Purpose of the fellowship

Unify and encourgage area churches in:

Church Planting –since the purpose of the church is
missional (that is, to glorify God through worship and
proclamation of the Gospel)  we as a fellowship wish to
reflect the overall purpose of the church by promoting and
helping to unify our fellowship in pursuing these biblical
objectives through regular times of meeting and cooperative
efforts.

Evangelistic Efforts – since we are moving toward a church
planting movement then evangelism is an inseparable part
of that endeavor, therefore we purposefully will promote and
encourage area churches in the ongoing effort of
cooperating together in the Great Commission.

Youth Events – since our fellowship is focused on church
planting and evangelism we must encourage one another
to engage in mutually edifying events for our youth.

Missions – since missions is not only local but also global,
we as a fellowship will endeavor to cooperate as much as
possible in the informing, promoting, sharing and
supporting of missionary personnel and projects that fulfill
the objective of church planting through evangelism.

Retreat for Pastors – since we are not only a fellowship of
churches but a fellowship of pastors, we purpose to assist
the pastors of our fellowship through meaningful times of
encouragement for them and their wives as they face the
pressures of ministry.
